The Wedding Day

Please arrive for 15:00. The Wedding Bus will be scheduled to leave Florence at 14:20, arriving by 15:00 (details for getting a seat on the bus are below). For those travelling into Pisa (or elsewhere), please arrange a way to get to Florence on the day or travel direct to the venue.

15:30 - Arrival drinks

16:00 - Outdoor Ceremony

16:45 - Wedding Pictures

17:00 - Aperitif

18:00 - Dinner and speeches

19:00 - Party the night away (until latest 1am)

Dress Code

We don't have a specific dress code, however we recommend wearing lightweight and breathable fabrics due to the high heat (30°+).

Gents, this can mean linen suits or even chinos with a lightweight shirt.

Ladies, lightweight flowing dresses are a great option to maximise comfort throughout the day.

Please don't wear white, otherwise Jasmin may throw red wine on you!

Food and Drinks

We will be offering buffet-style food with a collection of pizza and pasta, in the true Italian style.

We will be catering for all of our guests - so if you have any extra dietary requirements please reach out to us or include your needs with the RSVP.

There will also be extra sustenance offered later in the evening as the drinks begin to flow!

Getting to and from the Venue

Our amazing wedding planner Serena will be organising buses from a central location in Florence (TBC) which will transport guests to the venue for the beginning of the festivities.

Return buses will be running a few times (TBC) during the evening.

We are required to hire the bus for a flat fee, so the more people that book on, the lower the price will be! (Expected price to be between £12-18 per person).

We have to confirm the bus booking by February, so please give an indication with your RSVP if this is the option for you.

If these buses aren't right for you, there are local taxis available (please contact Serena for the contact details, the approx. price for a 6 person taxi is around £150).

There is limited parking surrounding the castle, so please let us know if you plan to drive yourself.

We are having ANOTHER celebration in the UK, a few months after this one.

Everyone is welcome to join us in late August (exact date tbc) to enjoy another excuse to party.

Kids at our Wedding: What You Need to Know!

We're thrilled to have you celebrate with us! We do ask that children under 12's don't join us on the day, but we'd love to see them at the pool party (details down below).

If this creates any issues for you, give us a shout, and we'll see what we can do. Thanks for being understanding!

The day after the wedding...

To relax after the big day we are going to have a 'pool party' across the road from the castle (still inside the grounds of our venue)!

We are looking to arrange similar bus transport from Florence, but will need to confirm this soon.

We will update this site in the coming weeks with full details re food, transport and activities.
